Job descriptionManage due diligence processes, working closely with internal teams, external advisors, and investment banks Create presentations for internal review and senior leadership Lead drafting of all transaction documents as well as closing procedures Assist in post-merger integration, ensuring synergies and operational alignment Develop and refine business segment wise strategy, assessing industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities; Support senior leadership in defining long-term business objectives and investment plan Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking Prepare strategic plan and annual operating plan presentations and reports for executive leadership Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures to drive business expansion Monitor post-investment performance and strategic alignment with corporate objectives Lead program management for key corporate initiatives, ensuring completion and achievement of milestones MBA (Finance) from Tier 1 institute / CA Minimum CFA Level 2 (preferred) 5-7 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in M&A / Strategy roles Understanding of M&A processes, documentation, and financial analysis Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation skills Hands-on experience with financial dataset tools (Bloomberg / Capital IQ) High attention to detail along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Joy Saha - 9898791075
The Senior Manager - Merger & Acquisition at Adani Defence & Aerospace is to drive strategic growth by identifying and integrating acquisition targets, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards. This role supports the company's vision of enhancing India's defence capabilities and transforming it into a hub for high-tech design and manufacturing.

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) :
- Identify potential M&A and strategic partnership opportunities aligned with corporate growth objectives
- Conduct detailed financial modelling and valuation analysis
- Perform financial forecasting, business case development, and scenario analysis;
Assess financial and operational risks associated with the transaction
Strategy & Corporate Development :
lead creation of strategic plan documents for the business
