Mission of the Role
Drive event conversions and partnerships — filling seats, nurturing leads, and ensuring every KuKa experience reaches the right audience. You’ll be the friendly, persuasive connector who turns curiosity into commitment.

Success Metrics
✅ Lead → Paid conversion : 12–18%
✅ Call connect rate : ≥35%
✅ Seat-fill targets per event
✅ CRM hygiene : 100% within 24 hrs
✅ Repeat signup rate : 10%+ per month
