Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills in English and additional languages are a plus.Proficiency in using computers and familiar with CRM software.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Customer-centric attitude with a focus on providing high-quality service.Flexibility to work in shifts as required.Skills Required
