Process and Systems IMS

Responsibilities

• Competency in Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001)
• Knowledge of applicable legal and other requirements (e.g., BOCW 1996, Environmental Protection Act 1986, National Building Code of India 2016)
• Implementation and monitoring of ACX HSE standards and policies at projects
• End-to-end management of IMS (objectives, targets, training, internal audits, management reviews, document updates, coordination with cross-functional teams)
• Coordination with corporate, customer, external agencies, and legal entities for guidelines and processes
• Coordination with certification agencies for audit programs and preparation
• Coordination with Cluster / Region HSE Coordinators for IMS compliance
• Leading management of change in ACX, including material, technology, process, and incident learning
• Monitoring and tracking IMS compliance across projects
• Coordination with site operational teams (operation head, civil lead, mechanical lead, BMS lead, electrical lead, HSE lead)
• Maintaining MIS and providing it to customers and corporate as required
• Visiting operational sites to ensure compliance
• Compiling nonconformances, preparing CAPA, and communicating and tracking deployment across projects
• Frequent travel to project sites for IMS audits.
• Identifying vulnerability safety factors at operational sites.
• Developing internal auditors from cross functions and engaging them for IMS audit plans.
• Conducting training and awareness sessions for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 for employees, cross functions, contractors, and other project concerns.

Qualifications

B.E. Mechanical / Electrical / Civil or any along with Lead Auditor of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001.

6-10 years in a relevant and similar capacity in management system, with experience as a lead auditor of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, and handling these standards in the current organization
