Process Engineering (API) - GM

We are looking for an accomplished professional to lead Process Engineering activities. The role involves overseeing process design, technology transfer, scale-up, and continuous improvement across multiple API manufacturing sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in chemical and process engineering , with deep expertise in basic and detailed engineering, tech transfer, and scale-up of API processes . This position demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a hands-on approach to driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the process engineering team across API manufacturing plants.
• Drive technology transfer from R&D to commercial manufacturing, ensuring robust process scale-up.
• Oversee basic and detailed engineering for new and existing API facilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process optimization, yield improvement, and cost reduction.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, safety, and regulatory compliance during process design and execution.
• Support capital projects, equipment selection, and plant modification initiatives.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement preventive solutions.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams to enhance technical capabilities.
