We're Hiring : Business Development Executive (Full-Time | On-Site)

Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka

Experience : 1 – 3 Years

Role Overview – Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be a key player in our sales team, responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, persuasive, and passionate about sales in the tech and education space.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Conduct product demonstrations to decision makers from coaching institutes and upskilling centers
  • Own the complete sales cycle—from initial outreach to deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and handoff

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English is Required; knowledge of Hindi or additional language is a strong advantage
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development in SaaS or EdTech Company
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn, adapt and grow in a startup culture
  • bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
  • Bonus Points

  • Prior experience in inside sales, EdTech, or CRM-based software sales
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and digital sales platforms
