About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to build strong client relationships and drive business growth. The ideal candidate excels in communication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while identifying opportunities to increase engagement and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers.
Understand customer needs, preferences, and challenges to provide personalized support.
Act as the primary point of contact for all customer interactions.
2. Account Management
Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow revenue.
Maintain regular follow-ups to strengthen engagement.
3. Customer Service Excellence
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure issues are resolved efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
4. Sales & Business Development
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to convert leads.
5. Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate and updated customer records in CRM software .
Track and analyze customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field .
Experience : 1–3 years in Customer Service, Sales, or Account Management .
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Core Skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer-centric approach and relationship management abilities.
Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently or in a team.
