Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Vice President (AVP) of International Sales in Edtech at Aimlay Pvt Ltd. The AVP will be responsible for overseeing international sales operations, developing and executing business plans, managing accounts, and ensuring successful sales strategies are implemented. They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales growth and increase market presence. This role is based in Delhi.

Qualifications

  • Create and implement international sales strategies aligned with the companys goals.
  • Drive market penetration and expansion in targeted regions and markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in emerging and established markets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage international sales teams across various regions.
  • Ensure alignment of the global sales team with corporate objectives, driving high performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to regional sales managers to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze global market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Oversee sales forecasting and reporting on international sales performance.
  • Develop and manage the international sales budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Willing to work in 9 : 30PM-6 : 30AM Shift
