Job Description

The Manager, Design Services is responsible for overseeing the execution of all marketing design work across the organization, including advertising, collateral, events, social media, sales enablement, and website / landing pages. This role manages a small design team while functioning as a player-coach, directly producing high-quality creative work. The Manager will ensure consistent brand execution, develop efficient processes for creative workflow, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing and sales priorities.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of designers and delegate tasks according to project priorities and skills.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and growth opportunities for design team members.
• Establish and enforce brand and creative standards across all deliverables.
• Track and report on design team success metrics and KPIs.
• Manage external vendors, freelancers, or agencies to scale design output as needed.
• Recruits, interviews, hires, onboards, and continuously trains team members to achieve high performance
• Establish clear team goals, priorities, and performance metrics that are aligned with organizational objectives
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and feedback sessions to support individual growth and enforce company policies.
