Xerago - MarTech Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MarTech Lead to lead our marketing technology initiatives across platforms and teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in multiple marketing automation tools, data and database management, platform integrations, and campaign deployment. This role requires both strategic and technical capabilities to drive personalization, automation, and seamless customer experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing automation programs (email, SMS, push, web).
• Manage and enhance MarTech stack including platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Marketo, HubSpot, Responsys, etc.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and IT teams to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
• Oversee data architecture, segmentation, and audience strategy leveraging tools like SQL, CDP / DMPs, and marketing databases.
• Drive integrations between marketing platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce, MS Dynamics), CMS (AEM, Drupal), and analytics tools.
• Ensure flawless campaign deployment, testing (A / B, multivariate), QA, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness using dashboards and analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SFMC reports).
• Maintain high standards for data compliance, security, privacy (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and governance.
• Mentor and lead a team of marketing technologists, automation specialists, and developers.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
