Xerago - Unica Implentation Architect

Experience :

Qualified candidates should have 15+ years of experience and a demonstrated track record in solution design, integration, technical configuration, installation and trouble-shooting of Marketing Automation Frameworks like Unica, Adobe, Braze, Salesforce, etc.

The role requires a 4-year university :

• Qualified candidates are responsible for implementation of the HCL Unica Suite, including : Campaign, Interact, Contact Optimization, Plan, Journey, Deliver & Link
• Lead Unica services customer engagements providing solutions, specifically facilitating client-facing activities related to requirements and design for solution definition, proposal and client acceptance.
• Document, present and gain client acceptance of proposed Unica marketing solutions (e.g., requirements documentation, design / architecture documents and associated diagrams).
• Perform and / or support product configuration, unit, system, acceptance and performance testing.
• Perform and / or support product configuration asset migration across installations, including production deployment and go-live.
• Provide guidance and enablement to client technical staff in the maintenance and configuration of the Unica products, as well as

supporting architecture components (e.g., WebSphere / Web Logic / Tomcat, JBoss, databases and file systems,) and associated environmental maintenance activities (e.g., backup and recovery).
