Sr. Ticketing Executive / Travel Consultant, you'll play a key role in managing travel bookings, ensuring compliance with airline policies, and providing high-quality customer support. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of GDS platforms and a proactive approach to resolving complex travel queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage international and domestic ticketing through Sabre and Amadeus systems.
- Handle ADM, exchanges, refunds, and reissuances accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all bookings comply with airline and company policies.
- Provide prompt and professional customer service to clients and partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth travel operations.
- Monitor and maintain data accuracy in booking and reporting systems.
- Support quality control checks and assist with audit-related requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel or airline domain (corporate or agency).Proficiency in Sabre & Amadeus GDS platforms (hands-on ticketing experience mandatory).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of ADM processes, reissues, and fare rules.Comfortable with assessments : SHL (Svar & Writex) and GDS skill evaluation.Why Join Us
