Location : Hybrid / Remote – India

Engagement : Consulting / Project-based (with potential retainer)

The brand blends deep cultural understanding with global operational excellence — and is seeking a senior performance marketer to architect its next chapter of growth.

Role Overview

You will own the company's growth engine — from funnel design to revenue optimization.

Your mandate : build and execute a performance marketing ecosystem that drives predictable, profitable customer acquisition across digital channels while aligning with the brand's creative and experiential ethos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Strategy : Build and execute cross-platform media strategies (Meta, Google, YouTube, OTA platforms) that deliver efficient growth and measurable ROI.
  • Acquisition & ROI Optimization : Drive down CAC and improve customer LTV; establish benchmarks for first-time revenue per traveler and campaign profitability.
  • Attribution & Analytics : Implement end-to-end tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, CRM integrations) and create dashboards that connect marketing data to real-world sales.
  • Campaign Management : Launch and scale always-on campaigns, experiment with creatives, and iterate based on real-time insights and conversion behavior.
  • Market Expansion : Identify new audience clusters, both domestic and international; tailor acquisition funnels for each.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the content, brand, and tech teams to align creative narratives with performance goals.
  • Automation & AI : Use scripts, APIs, and AI tools to streamline ad ops, reporting, and optimization loops.

Ideal Profile

  • 6–10 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in D2C, travel, or hospitality .
  • Proven record of achieving or surpassing ROAS >
  • 4× and maintaining CAC under ₹3,000 .

  • Strong grasp of GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Supermetrics, Mixpanel, or Looker Studio .
  • Analytical mindset with creative instincts — understands both growth math and human behavior .
  • Can function independently, but also scale and mentor a team when required.
  • Bonus : experience collaborating with creative-first or culturally rooted brands.
  • What Success Looks Like

  • CAC stabilized between ₹2,000–₹2,500.
  • ≥3× ROI within the first 90 days.
  • Predictable, transparent lead-to-sale funnel.
  • Real-time dashboards for management visibility.
