As an Business Developer, you will oversee client relations, project execution, and ecosystem animation — enabling us to deliver effective solutions that match our clients' evolving challenges.
Your missions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Manage and oversee client requests for external consulting services, ensuring alignment with proposals from our partner network.
Supervise all projects within your scope, ensuring their successful execution.
Animate a community of external providers (freelancers, consulting firms, and business partners) to fulfill client needs effectively.
Identify and acquire new strategic accounts to expand your portfolio.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to uncover potential business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (growth, IT, finance) to enhance service delivery and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Your profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in account management, business development, or a similar role.
Proven ability to build and manage client relationships, with a focus on the IT or consulting industry.
Strong project management skills and a results-driven mindset.
Experience working in an international, fast-paced environment.
Academic background : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
Fluent in English. Any additional language is a plus.
You are proactive, organized, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
