We are seeking a Senior Alliance Manager to join our team in India. This role will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth and create value for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth through alliances.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategic objectives and execute partnership initiatives.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment of goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a primary point of contact for partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
7-12 years of experience in alliance management or business development roles.Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Proven track record of managing complex partnerships and driving successful outcomes.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess market trends and identify opportunities.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.Familiarity with the industry landscape and competitive dynamics in India.Skills Required
