Role Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on Brand Lead to help build and maintain a consistent, compelling brand identity that speaks directly to the Gen Z / young travellers.
This isn’t just a strategy role — we need a doer who can write a caption, attend a photoshoot, coordinate with creators, and own the entire brand experience, both online and offline.
You’ll be the guardian of how goSTOPS looks, sounds, and feels — from Instagram grids to influencer collabs to how our hostels are styled and photographed for the website.
As the Brand Lead, you will be the custodian of the brand’s identity — ensuring consistency and impact across every touchpoint, from digital channels to on-ground experiences.
You’ll define and drive the brand narrative and visual language, embedding them seamlessly across the product and customer journey — including hostel design, website and app interfaces, social media, in-property branding, food packaging, and even how property managers greet guests.
Your mission will be to unify all brand expressions under one coherent and compelling brand proposition that resonates deeply with our Gen Z / young audience.
