About the Role :

As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll be the vital bridge between our business stakeholders and technology teams, translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements.

You'll lead business analysis activities for high-priority initiatives while managing projects that deliver tangible value to our corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead business analysis activities for key technology initiatives, including requirements gathering, documentation, and validation
• Manage technology projects from inception to successful implementation, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Develop process maps and conduct detailed analysis to identify opportunities for

improvement and optimization

About the Team :

You'll be joining the Corporate Functions IT team that provides Technology change and operations to internal group functions at Swiss Re including HR, Corporate Real Estate Services, Group

Communications and Branding & Marketing. Our team is responsible for delivering technology solutions that enable these functions to operate efficiently and effectively. This role reports to a Product & Delivery Director and offers excellent exposure to challenging Tech delivery / implementation projects and senior stakeholders.
