We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound sales activities, nurture leads, and convert potential customers into clients. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, target-driven, and able to understand client needs to promote the company’s services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and email communication to generate and qualify leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and present relevant product / service offerings.
- Schedule meetings, demos, or presentations for the sales team when required.
- Maintain and update lead data, sales trackers, and CRM systems.
- Reach out to potential prospects through databases, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Share quotations, proposals, and product information with clients.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
- Provide feedback to marketing / sales teams to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and timely responses.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or lead generation roles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections.Good understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
