Job Title : Mid Manager

Location : KR Mangalam Head Office – Chhatarpur

Reporting To : Chairperson / Senior Management

Job Overview -

The Mid Manager will play a key role in driving coordination and performance across multiple departments. The role involves ensuring smooth communication, monitoring operations, supporting the Chairperson in administrative and strategic tasks.

Key Responsibilities -

Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of tasks and smooth workflow.

Monitor departmental performance and share periodic progress reports with senior management.

Identify operational challenges and assist in creating effective action plans for improvement.

Work closely with the Chairperson to support organizational goals and daily operational needs.

Represent the Chairperson in school meetings when required.

Conduct meetings with Principals and other senior school leadership teams on behalf of the Chairperson.

Maintain strong professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.

Present updates, project status, and key information during internal and external meetings.

Perform any additional duties assigned by the Chairperson or senior management.

Education & Experience -

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration / management / education administration or a related field

Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in coordination, administration, or operations (preferably in the education sector)

Experience in stakeholder and team management is an added advantage
