Job descriptionAdminister compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance Work closely with the leadership team to ensure HR practices and policies are Implements HR policy formulation and performs routine tasks Boosting employee productivity through arranging employee Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and Supporting Admin process. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Senior HR Associate with 2-4 years of experience (experience with startups is a plus). Knowledge of database software, email systems, and office software. Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
