Job description

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and

onboarding for technical positions in a highly competitive market.

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing,

    • benefits enrollment and audits

  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance

    • management, and disciplinary actions. Maintain day-to-day HR

    activities.

  • Work closely with the leadership team to ensure HR practices and policies are

    • aligned with the company's goals and objectives

  • Implements HR policy formulation and performs routine tasks

    • required to administer and execute human resource

    programs.

  • Boosting employee productivity through arranging employee

    • engagement activities.

  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and

    • knowledge in line with business requirements.

  • Supporting Admin process.

    • What we seek :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Senior HR Associate with 2-4 years of experience (experience with startups is a plus).
  • Knowledge of database software, email systems, and office software.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
