Key Responsibilities :
- Interact with client users and internal product owners to gather and author business, functional, and non-functional requirements for software products.
- Conduct workshops and pilots with clients to understand product requirements and guide implementations.
- Perform application configurations and map business processes for drug safety and pharmacovigilance clients.
- Manage issue / bug prioritization and tracking using ticketing systems such as JIRA.
- Lead system validation activities , including OQ, PQ, IQ, and author SDLC documentation such as Test Strategy, Test Plan, Traceability Matrix, Test Summary Reports, etc.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in requirement analysis, documentation, and system processes.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with high-quality deliverables.
