Calculate Audit sample based on the pre-defined approach.

Perform process audits as per the audit plan.

Documents the Audit observations in audit tracking file.

Create reports based on the audits performed.

Analyze root cause and trends of errors and quality scores and share the observations to QMS consultant and operations team.

Share feedback with users based on the errors observed.

Documents feedbacks on email / audit sheet as required.

Identify process improvements based on the audit observations.

Participate in daily team meeting to understand process updates.

Conduct feedback sessions for the team on Quality awareness with the help of QMS Consultant.

Actively participate in process related trainings.

Ensure calibration between operations and audit team on process tasks.
