Key responsibilitiesStaff management : Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and food service employees. Create staff schedules and assign tasks. Financial management : Create and manage budgets, set room rates, monitor expenses, and forecast revenue. Maintain financial records and reports. Guest relations : Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by resolving issues, handling complaints, and making sure hotel services and amenities are up to standard. Operations management : Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services. Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Marketing and promotion : Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests and maximize occupancy rates. Compliance : Ensure the hotel complies with all health, safety, and licensing regulations, and company policies. Vendor relations : Coordinate with external parties like suppliers and vendors to manage services and amenities effectively.
