Job Purpose
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head HR to lead the people agenda and drive organizational excellence. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic business partner to leadership, shaping policies, culture, and systems that attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement the organization's HR strategy aligned with business objectives.Partner with leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.Lead culture-building and employee engagement initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.Performance & Talent Management
Drive the Performance Management System (PMS), ensuring a high-performance culture.Lead the annual goal-setting and appraisal processes, ensuring fairness and alignment with business outcomes.Strengthen the Rewards & Recognition framework to promote motivation and accountability.Talent Acquisition & Development
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring talent quality and timely hiring across all levels.Manage and scale the Management Trainee Program, partnering with leading B-Schools to build a sustainable talent pipeline.Implement learning and development strategies to enhance leadership capability and technical competence.HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure statutory compliance across all HR operations in India.Oversee payroll, employee relations, and grievance management.Continuously improve HR policies and procedures to meet evolving business and legal requirements.HR Technology & Analytics
Lead digital HR initiatives and ensure effective use of HRMS for data-driven decision-making.Collaborate with IT for system enhancements, HR dashboards, and analytics for business insights.Compensation & Benefits

Educational Qualifications
MBA / Master's in Human Resources Management from an institute of repute15+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG sectors, of which the last 5 years should be in a Leadership role.Proven experience in leading HR strategy, performance management, and digital HR initiatives.Strong understanding of labour laws and compliance frameworks in India.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Should have exposure to working in labor-intensive industry segments with a dynamic workforce.Comprehensive industry and competitor knowledge,Should be well-versed in English and Malayalam. Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi will be an added advantage.Functional Skills
