Job Purpose :
To oversee and manage all HR operational activities, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes, policies, and employee lifecycle management.
The role is responsible for payroll coordination, compliance, HRIS administration, driving operational excellence and alignment with organizational objectives.
Duties and responsibilities :
Primary :
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for group companies, employees, and external client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery across regions, including salary disbursements and statutory filings (PF, ESI, PT, tax, etc.
- Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
- Drive HR analytics and reporting attrition, attendance, headcount, and other key HR metrics.
- Support performance management cycle, confirmation process, and internal job movements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve employee queries and maintain HR operational efficiency.
Secondary :
Support employee engagement programs, welfare initiatives, and communication drives.Assist in HR projects such as automation, policy updates, and process improvement.(ref : iimjobs.com)
