Role and Responsibilities : -
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
- Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial screening interviews (telephonic / video) to evaluate candidate fitment.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain an active database of qualified candidates and ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Handle offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Track recruitment metrics
Required Skills : -
Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.2 to 3 years of proven experience in non-IT recruitment.Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, etc.)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.Skills Required
