• At least 1.5 years work experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Ability to understand, read and write clear Vanilla Javascript code
• Excellent knowledge in SCSS
• Familiar with CSS BEM naming methodology
• Familiar with dept_base SFCC cartridge is very important because same principles apply
• Ability to build reusable Page Designer components
• Clear understanding of content slots and content assets
• Optimizely or Sitespect A / B test familiarity is a huge bonus, but not crucial as it can be learnt
• Ability to be proactive when stuck
• Ability to give concise daily updates, raise flags on-time (if deadlines can / can’t be met)
• Ability to understand client needs, also offer solutions
