Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an L1 Support at RadarSoft Technologies, located in Pune. The L1 Support role involves providing technical support and assisting users with hardware and software issues. Key day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. The role requires effective communication skills to provide clear and concise solutions to users&apos problems.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
• Experience in Technical Support and Customer Support
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications in IT or Computer Science are a plus
• Experience with support ticketing systems is beneficial
