Roles & Responsibilities :
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders (sales, marketing, revenue operations) and the technology teams.
- Gather, document, and validate requirements for enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
- Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with admins, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Support the rollout of new features, enhancements, and integrations across the Software ecosystem.
- Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure adoption and effectiveness.
- Help evaluate requests to ensure alignment with broader technology strategy.
Years of Experience :
The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of professional experienceEducational Qualification & Certifications (Optional) :
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or related field.Skill Set Required : Must have :
Experience in engineering / data-driven projects.Familiarity With The Following Tools Microsoft SQL Server, Azure DevOps / JIRA, Visio, Microsoft Office SuiteHands-on experience with Azure, exposure working in cloud migration projects.Proven experience working on complex data architectures and global data integration projectsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in client-facing rolesStrong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSkills Required
