Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Phlebotomist & Sample Collection Coordinator to join our healthcare operations team. This dual-role position involves collecting biological samples from patients and managing the entire lifecycle of the sample – from pickup to timely drop-off at the designated laboratory. The ideal candidate should have a blend of clinical skills and operational awareness to ensure both patient comfort and smooth logistics coordination.

Sample Coordination & Logistics

• Manage scheduling and coordination of sample pickups across different locations.
• Ensure safe packaging and storage of samples as per transport guidelines.
• Track sample movements in real-time from collection point to laboratory drop.
• Coordinate with courier / logistics teams and lab partners for timely transit and delivery.
• Handle any delays, escalations, or discrepancies in sample movement.
• Maintain detailed logs and digital records of all sample-related activities.
