Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Product Designer II - Figma. As a Product Designer, you'll embrace the exciting challenge of designing solutions that revolutionize construction workflows and enhance productivity, shaping groundbreaking concepts that will redefine how our SaaS-based products empower the construction industry. In this rapidly evolving environment, you'll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and business managers to identify customer aspirations and align them with our business goals

A keen eye for visual design and user-centered aesthetics

Strong skills in design thinking, problem-solving, and structured design approaches

Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, prototyping, auto layout, and design systems

Hands-on experience with the latest design tools and a passion for learning new technologies

Qualifications

• Visual Design skills
• Experience with Design Thinking methodologies
• User Research, including conducting user interviews and usability testing
• Product Design skills, including wireframing and prototyping
• UX Research skills to understand user needs and improve user experience
• Proficiency in Figma
• B2B SaaS experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Good understanding of code.
• A degree in HCI, Graphic Design or a related field
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
