Role Overview

Join our Observability team as a Platform Engineer and take a central role in shaping our company's Observability foundation. You will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling our critical observability platform, powered by Grafana Cloud. Grafana is critical fully self-service platform, providing essential monitoring, logging, and tracing capabilities that provides ability to understand performance and increase reliability of our products and services.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you will act as designed, builder and an enabler. You will leverage cutting-edge technologies to automate infrastructure, testing, and deployments. A key part of your mission will be to partner directly with our internal engineering teams—your

customers—to understand their needs, troubleshoot challenges, and empower them to adopt and master observability best practices.
