Senior Software Engineer

Job Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Ephesoft, Java, Angular, and RPA / automation workflows. The role involves building end-to-end solutions that automate document workflows—from capture to classification, processing, and archival. The engineer will integrate Ephesoft OCR, ECM platforms, UiPath RPA, and backend services to deliver highly scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Document Automation & OCR (Ephesoft)

Design and configure Ephesoft Transact batch classes, document types, extraction rules, and validation logic.

Integrate OCR outputs with ECM, workflow engines, and downstream systems.

Optimize Ephesoft performance, scripts, plugins, and batch-processing pipelines.

RPA & Workflow Integration (UiPath)

Develop UiPath automations to orchestrate document workflows, rule-based tasks, and exception handling.

Integrate UiPath robots with Ephesoft and backend APIs to enable end-to-end automation.

Troubleshoot RPA processes and ensure high reliability in production workflows.

Backend Development

Build scalable REST APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot .

Integrate backend services with IDP systems, RPA bots, and ECM repositories.

Ensure high performance, security, and maintainability of code.

Frontend Development

Develop responsive UI components and dashboards using Angular .

Collaborate with UX designers to deliver intuitive document processing interfaces.

System Integration & Delivery

Work across OCR, RPA, and ECM platforms to design unified automation solutions.

Integrate with content management systems, workflow engines, and cloud services.

Provide technical leadership, perform code reviews, and mentor junior team members.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimations, and deliver high-quality releases.

Required Skills & Experience :

Core Technical Skills

8–12 years of full-stack development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with :

Ephesoft Transact (OCR, batch classes, scripting, plugins)

UiPath (workflows, activities, orchestrator integration)

Java , Spring Boot , REST API development

Angular (components, services, state management)

Good understanding of SQL / NoSQL databases.

Experience with ECM systems and document workflow automation.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end solutions.

Leadership qualities with mentoring and code review experience.
