Hr Intern / Freelance Recruiter (Creative Hiring)

Role Overview

We’re looking for an HR Intern or Freelance Recruiter who can help us hire creative talent - Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Motion Artists.

This is a short-term opportunity (2 months) ideal for someone who’s passionate about creative hiring , understands design roles, and can manage end-to-end recruitment on a freelance or internship basis.

💰 Compensation : ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (for 2 months contract)

What You’ll Do

• Source and screen creative professionals (designers, animators, editors).
• Manage shortlisting, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Maintain candidate data and basic recruitment records.
• Support GoDesyn’s internal HR operations as needed.
