Quality Engineering Practice Head

Job descriptionDevelop and implement strategies to enhance our Quality Engineering and Testing practice Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality engineering and testing AI and Gen AI Integration : Develop strategies to leverage Generative AI in testing processes Implement and oversee the use of AI-based testing tools Train team members on AI and Gen AI applications in quality assurance Act as a trusted advisor to clients on quality engineering matters Conduct workshops and presentations on quality assurance trends and solutions Manage key client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction Innovation and Transformation : Drive innovation in testing approaches and methodologies Lead quality engineering transformation initiatives for clients Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; Masters degree preferred 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and software testing 5+ years in a leadership role within a QE practice Strong understanding of current QE methodologies, tools, and best practices Proven track record in developing QE strategies and offerings Experience in proposal writing solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong mentoring and coaching abilities Familiarity with creating IPs, frameworks, and templates in the QE domain Active participation in professional networks and industry forums Strategic thinking and vision development Business development and proposal writing Team leadership and mentoring Gen AI based testing services & capabilities. Knowledge of latest QE trends and technologies IP and framework development Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Effective Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executives, board members, and key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Create and refine QE offerings aligned with market demands and technological advancements
- Design innovative testing solutions tailored to client needs
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to develop proactive proposals
- Contribute to practice growth by identifying new opportunities and markets
- Participate in solutioning and proposal writing for QE-related projects and services
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including client meetings and presentations
- Develop and present proposals for quality engineering services and transformation initiatives
