- Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter is highly desirable as it aids in identifying and sourcing potential candidates effectively.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment and hiring process efficiently.
- Experience in using sourcing tools to identify and attract high-potential candidates from various channels.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques to improve the accuracy and relevance of candidate searches.
- Ability to use CRM software to manage candidate relationship and maintain engagement effectively.
- Candidate screening to assess applicant qualifications and suitability for various roles (Mandatory skill).
- Talent pipeline development to build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective candidates (Mandatory skill).

- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for available positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interviewing teams.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote JUZZ-ITs culture and opportunities.
- Support the HR team in managing recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Maintain communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
