To support our talent acquisition and people operations , we’re on the lookout for a passionate Human Resource Intern who’s eager to learn and contribute from Day 1.

This is a perfect opportunity for freshers who are looking to get hands-on experience in recruitment, job post creation, and candidate coordination at a fast-paced agency.

📍 Location : Hybrid (Preferred : Hyderabad)

🕒 Type : Internship (3 months, extendable)

Your Responsibilities

Draft engaging job descriptions and creative posts for open roles (design, development, marketing, etc.).
Post openings across multiple platforms – LinkedIn, Internshala, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Source candidates, screen resumes, and help maintain hiring pipelines.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal team members.
Communicate with applicants at every stage – from shortlisting to interview updates.
Maintain HR-related documents, databases, and progress trackers.

What We’re Looking For

A recent graduate or student in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or Communications.

Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Interest in recruitment, candidate experience, and startup culture.

Familiarity with Google Sheets, Zoom / Google Meet, and job portals.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn quickly.
