About the Role :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, and candidate engagement. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to learn how end-to-end hiring works in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in posting job openings across internal and external job boards.
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and databases.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist with campus hiring, walk-ins, and employer branding activities.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements :
Graduate with an MBA (HR specialization preferred).0–2 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition (internships count).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and adapt.Benefits :
