About Job

Talent Acquisition Specialist will take full ownership of strategic and operational recruitment needs across departments, collaborating closely with hiring managers and leadership. This role goes beyond day-to-day recruitment—it involves driving continuous improvements in sourcing strategy, pipeline quality, hiring efficiency, and candidate experience.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage and lead the recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and candidate close.
  • Talent Sourcing & Networking : Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (including social media, job boards, networking, and talent pools) to proactively identify and engage with top talent in the market.
  • Stakeholder Management : Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs, develop effective job descriptions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive, professional, and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process, providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Market Intelligence : Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive hiring practices, and talent market insights to advise hiring managers and refine recruitment strategies.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion : Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process by implementing strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Recruitment Analytics & Reporting : Track and report key metrics related to the recruitment process, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. Use data to continually optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in recruitment processes and implement best practices for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Talent Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Qualifications :

  • 1–4 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced or product / e-commerce environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing mid to senior-level roles, niche skill hiring, and mass recruitment.
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and digital sourcing tools.
  • Experience in domestic (India) hiring; international hiring experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred Skills and Competencies :

  • Ability to handle multiple parallel requirements with fast turnarounds.
  • Strong presentation skills to deliver insights and hiring reports to leadership.
  • Familiarity with competency-based interview techniques and structured evaluation frameworks.
