Role Overview
We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (1–3 years of experience) to strengthen our recruitment team and deliver impactful hiring solutions. In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle, partner closely with hiring managers, and play a key role in building culture-fit teams for clients across industries. What You'll Do
- Handle end-to-end recruitment across tech and non-tech roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Develop sourcing strategies and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate fit, and manage interview processes.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
- Support employer branding initiatives through outreach and engagement.
- Track recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements for better efficiency.
What We're Looking For
