What You'll Be Doing :

Job Summary :

The Administrator, Enterprise Applications is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of SaaS applications across the organization. This includes discovering, optimizing, securing, and governing SaaS usage to maximize business value and ensure compliance.

The Saas Administrator will also lead the implementation and administration of a SaaS Management Platform (SMP), integrating it with existing IT systems and processes.

Essential Functions :

• Manage the SaaS life cycle
• Discover SaaS usage.
• Manage SaaS configuration policies.
• Optimize SaaS entitlements.
• Automate SaaS-related employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Measure and publish reports on SaaS usage and costs for IT leadership.
• Ensure SaaS usage adheres to company and security policies.

Mandatory Requirements :

Employees must have a high-speed broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps and the ability to set up a wired connection to their home network to ensure effective remote work. These requirements may be updated as needed by the business.
