2+ years implementing Workday Recruiting, with functional knowledge of recruiting business processes (e.g., sourcing, candidate management, interviewing, offer management, onboarding).
Some understanding of Workday Recruiting configuration options and best practices. Certification in Recruiting a strong plus.
Experience in solving problems and documenting issues, gaps, and resolutions.
Implementation experience including issue management, communication and change management.
Ability to analyze challenges, respond independently, and communicate effectively.
Experience with agile methodology and systems (Jira, Confluence).
Customer service oriented. Previous customer-facing role, a strong plus.
General understanding of HR data management principles and data privacy regulations.
Good interpersonal, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
