Role Overview :
We are looking for a Customer Executive who can manage incoming calls, guide customers on our tours, and assist them with tourist visa queries. The role involves clear communication, patience, and a passion for the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer and manage inbound customer calls professionally.
- Explain details of our group tours, itineraries, costs, and inclusions.
- Guide customers with information on tourist visa requirements and documentation.
- Maintain records of inquiries, leads, and bookings.
- Provide end-to-end assistance to customers for their travel needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (tour managers & visa team) for smooth operations.
Requirements :
Good communication skills in English + Tamil / Telugu (both preferred).Basic knowledge of tours, flights, and visas (training will be provided).Ability to handle calls patiently and explain clearly.Graduate in any stream; prior experience in travel / visa / customer service is a plus.Computer skills : Email, Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM handling.Salary : ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 / month (based on experience) + incentives.
