Manage online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)

Grow sales via Instagram, WhatsApp, and website orders

Run paid ads & social media campaigns

Manage customer interactions online

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce & Online Sales Executive located in Mumbai. The Executive will be responsible for managing online sales channels, executing sales strategies, and providing customer service. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring online sales platforms, handling customer queries and support, creating online marketing campaigns, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

• Experience in Online Marketing
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
• Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
