Job descriptionConvert leads into sales by understanding customer requirements and presenting the right solutions. Manage orders from inquiry to closure – including follow-ups, payments, and delivery status. Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Handle customer issues professionally and escalate when required. Stay updated on Ultrafresh products, new launches, promotions, and competitor offerings. Maintain sales records, provide daily updates, and share insights for process improvements. Coordinate with marketing and design teams for campaigns and client requirements. Graduate (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred). 0–3 years of sales experience (inside sales, online sales, or retail sales). Freshers are welcomed. Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and virtual communication platforms. Mumbai-based candidates only. Competitive CTC of ₹3.6 LPA + performance-based incentives. Customer Interaction
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
- Provide detailed product knowledge about Ultrafresh’s modular kitchen solutions (features, benefits, and pricing).
- Assist customers in choosing the right products for their needs.
