About the Role
We’re looking for a
CRM & Sales Executive
who will take ownership of both
customer relationship management
and
revenue growth .
This role isn’t about cold calling — it’s about
nurturing leads, building loyalty, and driving sales through customer insight and engagement .
What You’ll Do
Manage and optimize our
CRM system
to track and nurture customer journeys.
Identify opportunities for
upselling, cross-selling , and customer retention.
Build long-term relationships with customers through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the marketing team to run personalized campaigns and promotions.
Convert inbound leads and repeat customers into loyal brand advocates.
Monitor customer data and insights to improve sales performance and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree
in Business, Marketing, Nutrition, or related field.
1–3 years of experience
in CRM-based sales, ideally in nutraceuticals, wellness, health tech, or D2C brands.
Strong understanding of
customer lifecycle management
and
sales automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) .
Excellent communication, empathy, and follow-up skills.
Passion for health, nutrition, and customer success.
