About the Role : We are seeking a
highly motivated and result-oriented Senior Sales & Marketing Executive
with 3 to 5 years of experience in selling technology services and solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands B2B technology sales cycles, and has a creative edge in marketing.
You will play a pivotal role in
driving lead generation, nurturing relationships, and converting opportunities
into tangible business outcomes. A blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and storytelling will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development :
Identify, research, and prospect potential clients through cold calls, emails, events, social media, and targeted campaigns.
Qualify leads based on need, budget, decision-making authority, and alignment with our service offerings.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly / quarterly targets.
Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client pain points and position ACL Digital’s solutions effectively.
Marketing & Brand Building :
Define, shape, and evolve ACL’s brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all channels.
Execute targeted marketing campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness goals.
Manage digital campaigns (email marketing, Google Ads, paid search, retargeting, social media, and more), tracking performance and optimizing for ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
3–5 years of proven experience in
sales and marketing for technology services
(IT, SaaS, or digital transformation preferred).
Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, consultative selling, and solution-based sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience with
Google Ads , SEO / SEM, and digital marketing campaigns. :
Good to Have
Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and pipeline health.
Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with global teams.
