Job Description Manage bank staff and outsourced staff Responsibilities Minimum of 5 years experience in contact centre inbound / outbound ( Banking / NBFC process) Must have indepth knowledge of functioning of inbound and outbound contact centre Vendor Management, billing Must have experience in cross selling, sales target ,manage service levels, escalation handling, complaint management. Good knowledge of training and quality, NPS required Knowledge of handling inbound emails and chat teams preferred.
