Assessment : Evaluate student progress through assignments, practical exams, and feedback to help them improve their musical abilities. Curriculum development : Contribute to curriculum development, stay updated on educational policies, and potentially integrate music into cross-curricular projects. Classroom management : Maintain a productive and positive learning environment, setting behavioral standards and ensuring student safety.
